How Long is the Session window?
We store all raw data to be able to track a users entire customer journey. This way, the session window is endless.
How is the attribution made?
No channel gets the attribution. Instead we look at the entire customer journey to understand each channels contribution to the purchase or email-signup event.
How long does it take to implement?
5-10 minutes if you follow our guide. 1 minute if you share developer access to GTM/Shopify etc.
What's the curing period?
The pixel runs on a monthly basis. You can quit whenever you want. Your subscription will then run out before the next billing period.
